Lender Inspection—To assess condition of property for loan consideration (HUD, FHA, or ordered by an appraiser).

Relocation Inspection—For companies which provide relocation assistance to employees.
Rental Inspection—For tenant or property Management Company to provide “condition of property” prior to occupancy.
